Board levers

Safety check: how far can each lever slip?

A planning limit for discussion, to be set by the Board. The check asks: how far can each lever worsen, on its own, before the most BUPCC must fund goes past this limit?

Each lever is tested alone, with every other lever left where it is now. The coloured bar under each slider shows the same thing: green is safe, red is past the limit. Real trouble tends to come from several levers slipping together, so use the presets to test combinations.

Top: what BUPCC earns or loses each month. Bottom: the running total since the start of operations. The small number under each date is the member count at that point.

Year by year

What this does not include

Payment and transfer fees, any fidelity bond, the Associate Member class, and the proposed Value Creation Fee (which would be held in a restricted fund for Business Readiness and is outside revenue). Purchases of equipment are shown only in the cash view. Compared with the 30 September plan, which counted staff and rent, BUPCC first earned a monthly surplus in November 2028 at about 290 members and its cumulative result turned positive in August 2029. The audit, CDA and compliance line (₱50,000 a year) includes the annual business permit as a named part of it, not on top. Loan pricing from 2028 assumes business loans at 3% a month and personal and medical loans at 2% a month, blended by the share set above.
